Individuals will need to bring several documents to the appointment, including personal information (SSN, mailing address, etc.), income and employment information, household size, current insurance details, estimation of household income, information for legal and naturalized citizens, and a completed “Employer Coverage Tool” for every job-based plan you or someone in your household is eligible for. The full checklist can be found at healthcare.gov.
