All Smiles for Coplin’s Acceptance of Oral and Dental Health Grant
Wirt County Health Service Association, Inc. (d.b.a. Coplin Health Systems) has been named an inaugural recipient of the Oral Health and Dental Care Grant from the newly formed Highmark West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health. The $50,000 grant will be used to replace five dental operatory units, which will increase efficiency, as well as maximize patient safety.
“Coplin is honored to be receiving funding from the inaugural Oral Health and Dental Care Grant from Highmark West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health,” stated Rob Dudley, Coplin Health Systems CEO. “We are committed to providing our patients with total health and wellness care, which includes oral health and dental care. This grant will allow us to positively impact the lives of residents by ensuring access to efficient, high quality dental health services.”
“The primary goal of the West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health grants is to help bridge the gap for total health and wellness for West Virginians. Coplin Health Systems’ efforts to increase efficiency in its dental spaces are a significant part of that, and Highmark is delighted to support this important work,” said Jim Fawcett, president of Highmark West Virginia.
The Highmark West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health is a restricted fund of the Highmark Foundation. The Charitable Fund for Health‘s mission is to improve the health, well-being and quality of life for individuals who reside in all 55 counties in West Virginia.
