Coplin Welcomes Pediatric Physician
(Elizabeth, WV) November 28, 2017 – Coplin Health Systems is pleased to announce that Cathy A. Dailey, DO, FAAP, CPE, has joined our primary care staff as a pediatric physician, and will be seeing patients 18 and under at Parkersburg Family Care in early 2018.
“Dr. Dailey has a wealth of experience not only in pediatrics, but in medical management and clinical practices,” said Murrita Bolinger, Chief Medical Officer of Coplin Health Systems. “ In addition, her active membership extends to community as well as professional organizations.”
Dr. Dailey received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and her Doctor of Osteopathy from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She completed her residency in pediatric medicine at Baylor/Texas Children’s Hospital. Following her residency, Dr. Dailey worked at hospitals in Alabama, West Virginia, and Mississippi before accepting a position with Memorial Health System in Marietta, Ohio, in 2006. She is coming to Coplin after working at Memorial Health System as the Director of Pediatrics and as the Physician Executive Director for Primary Care.
Dr. Dailey is licensed in Ohio, West Virginia, and Mississippi and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics as well as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Advanced Life Support. As a pediatrician, Dr. Dailey is trained in high quality, personalized health care, and has been recognized for her caring approach with the Compassionate Doctor Award and Patient Choice Award repeatedly since 2009.
She has also received a 5 Star Health Grade rating since 2011.
