Rob Dudley named CEO by Coplin Health Systems Board of Directors

Rob Dudley, Coplin’s CEO

After a nationwide search for the next CEO, Coplin Health Systems and its Board are pleased to announce that Rob Dudley will hold the title.

Dudley’s extensive background includes over 16 years of management and leadership experience, including the position of Coplin’s COO since 2016 and the organization’s interim CEO since September 2018.

“Because of Rob’s unique understanding of Coplin’s mission and priorities, I feel his characteristics are not just what Coplin wants in a CEO, but what Coplin needs as it continues to bring quality healthcare to our communities,” said Board President David Schenkelberg.

While at Coplin, Dudley has directed nine primary care facilities located across four counties in two states, managed all operational and clinical partnerships with external agencies, and served as the organization’s liaison to the Board of Directors.

Dudley has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Ohio Valley University, a Master of Science from Abilene Christian University in Counseling Psychology and completed all course work for a Doctor of Psychology from Capella University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

“I’m thrilled to continue my journey at Coplin as the organization’s next CEO and to continue advocating for quality healthcare throughout the region,” said Dudley. “As CEO, I plan to focus our collective attention on increasing clinical quality and enhancing the patient experience at Coplin Health Systems.”
